Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the product is in its original condition, unused, and with all Urban Walk tags intact to qualify for a successful processing.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back to our central warehouse using a traceable courier service of your choice.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Once our team verifies the returned goods, we will process your exchange or issue a refund via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa within 5-7 business days.
